ADC Computer Services, Inc. is owned by Mr. Antonio DeCarvalho and several local investors from the Tampa Bay Area.

Mr. DeCarvalho has over 22 years experience in the electronics and computer industry. He currently holds A+ and Novell certifications and has a vast amount of knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft products.

Mr. DeCarvalho has been servicing customers in the bay area since 1988 and has provided excellent and honest work. Having built a "good reputation" in the area, his existing customers, along with his new ones, keep coming back to him for additional solutions. His customers have come to know him and trust his opinions for all of their computer and office equipment needs.

ADC offers a wide variety of services, from sales and networking, to service and repair; ADC can service virtually all of your needs. ADC also supply computer and phone wiring installation, as well as training.

OUR SERVICES

Repair

Our shop is set up to provide component level repair. Services include system integration, customized computers, engineering, refurbishment, data and voice wiring, cartridge recharging.

On-Site

ADC can repair your equipment on-site. Service can be established through a maintenance contract on a time and material basis.

Maintenance Contract

This service provides you with full on-site repair coverage for your equipment. Depending on the contract, parts, labor and travel will be included.

Service Area

ADC provides prompt and reliable service and support to customers within the Tampa Bay area. For an additional travel time fee we can also service Pinellas, Sarasota and Polk counties.

Payment

Payment is due at time of service unless prior arrangement have been made. We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express Cards.

Warranty

ADC warrantees all repairs against defects in workmanship and material for a period of 20 days from the original repair date. The warranty will be void if equipment has been subjected to unusual physical or electrical stress, or has been tampered with by the customer or a third party without consent of ADC.
